The Missing Seafarers Reporting Programme online platform, from Human Rights at Sea, is now fully mobile enabled for all smart phones, tablets and mobile devices, to improve accessibility for immediate reporting of missing seafarers and fishermen globally.

UK-based charity Human Rights at Sea (HRAS) is to work with maritime training provider Marlins on the development of a new e-learning course on the rescue of migrants at sea.

Human Rights at Sea (HRAS), an independent maritime human rights organisation based in London, has announced the launch of the ‘Missing Seafarers Reporting Programme’,an international database where details of missing seafarers and fishermen can be submitted and recorded.
