Universal routes added to PC Maritime ECDIS

PC Maritime reports that it has added the universal route format RTZ to its ECDIS system, to provide ship operators with the potential to share routes across their fleets regardless of the ECDIS type onboard.

PC Maritime has launched a new route optimisation system, developed in line with the latest ECDIS standards to allow exported vessel routes to be reviewed and modified by ship managers, port authorities and relevant shore-based authorities.

PC Maritime ECDIS for 39 OSG vessels

PC Maritime has secured a contract to supply, install and commission dual Navmaster ECDIS on 39 tankers owned by Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) and managed by V.Ships UK, to be deployed over the course of 2016.

In response to a request from V.Ships, PC Maritime says it has added an internet delivery capability to its Navmaster ECDIS type-specific training.

ECDIS for 28 ACSC ships

PC Maritime and its Estonian trading partner Marine Technics have won a contract to supply Navmaster ECDIS to 28 Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ACSC) vessels.

UK-based developer PC Maritime today announced that it has upgraded its ECDIS so that it meets the requirements of the new VDR Performance Standard which came into force at the beginning of the month.

PC Maritime has announced that its Navmaster ECDIS is now able to combine with MeteoGroup’s SPOS (Ship Performance Optimisation System) weather routing service to provide optimised voyage planning.

Sim interface for PC Maritime ECDIS

VSTEP and PC Maritime have jointly developed a software interface to allow VSTEP to offer ECDIS and radar training on PC Maritime systems.

British company PC Maritime has announced that China Shipping Group had decided to equip 50 newbuild bulk carriers with its Navmaster ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Navigation System).
