Raytheon Anschütz has announced a deal to supply its Synapsis NX Integrated Navigation System (INS) to the first vessel in a new series of passenger ships being built for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection at the Spanish Barreras shipyard of Vigo.

A new COLREG-compliant collision avoidance system developed by the MTCAS project is scheduled for its first demonstration test in Germany this week, in Wilhelmshaven on September 6th.

VARD adds INS to research vessel

Raytheon Anschütz reports that it has won a contract with VARD Holding for the supply of a Synapsis Integrated Navigation System (INS) to a research vessel under construction at Cochin Shipyard.

Raytheon Anschütz, via its Norwegian distributor Syberg AS, has been awarded a contract for the supply of its Synapsis Integrated Navigation System (INS) to a new windfarm service vessel being built for Danish shipowner ESVAGT.

Radio Holland Canada reports that it has won two contracts to supply navigation and communications equipment to the Canadian Coast Guard.

INS for Offshore Crew Change Vessel
