Sea IT has opened new office outside Gothenburg for support, R&D, and production to expand and recruit employees and test and produce equipment for worldwide shipping.
Oldendorff Carriers, one of the world's largest dry bulk shipping companies, has signed a new strategic agreement with Swedish company Sea IT to manage ICT installations on approximately 80 vessels, followed by a three-year service contract.
Älvtank has begun an implementation project with Sea IT of Sweden to deliver a range of technology systems to two new vessels that are being added to the Älvtank fleet.

Veritas Tankers had extended its existing deal with Sea IT to include installation of the BlueCLOUD Office platform at its headquarters, a cloud-based system for integrating fleet and office communication.
Sea IT has signed a three-year ICT service contract with Donsötank, covering outsourcing of information technology and communication services onboard all the company’s vessels with Sea IT’s BlueCORE system previously installed.

Sea IT reports that it has entered into a long term ICT agreement with Veritas Tankers that will include installation of its BlueCORE Generation 4 platform, as well as BlueCONNECT, a virtualised software which acts as mail server and communications management system.
