Inmarsat has secured a fleet-wide agreement with offshore support vessel major Tidewater to advance its digitalisation strategy by upgrading the majority of its active fleet to Fleet Xpress.
Houston-headquartered Tidewater has agreed a deal to implement technologies from Norwegian maritime software company UniSea in digitalising and standardising Tidewater’s business processes related to health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ), and operations.
UK-based manufacturer Martek Marine says that it has supplied 125 Navgard BNWAS (Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm Systems) to Tidewater’s fleet on the coast of Africa, in a six figure contract.
Tidewater Inc, a provider of Offshore Service Vessels to the global energy industry, has agreed a deal with Furuno USA to act as its primary supplier of BNWAS (Bridge Navigation Watch Alarm System).
