{mprestriction ids="1,2"}The deal will see Transas’ Navi-Sailor ECDIS 4000 implemented in dual configuration, as well as a back-up station for each vessel, which will facilitate paperless navigation. Installations are scheduled to start in the summer of 2015.
In October, Transas announced that its ECDIS would be installed across the Maersk Tankers fleet, including both new builds and retrofits.
