Pacific region MTCC announced

The IMO has announced its selection for the latest regional Maritime Technology Cooperation Centre (MTCC), with the Pacific Community (SPC) to host MTCC-Pacific in collaboration with the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP).
