EVRY adds e-invoice standards to MarineLink

Maritime e-commerce provider EVRY reports that it has become the first in the industry to fully offer the European EHF and PEPPOL electronic invoicing standards.

{mprestriction ids="1,2"}EVRY had already made a decision at the corporate level to become an AccessPoint provider of EHF and PEPPOL, making support for the standards in its MarineLink product a natural progression, the company says.

Wilhelmsen Ships Service became the first supplier to take up the new service and has since rolled it out with three of its customers.

“Since this is a formal standard put forward by the EU we expect to be able to roll out e-invoices in volume to a high number of customers,” said John Inge Røtting, customer business solution manager at Wilhelmsen Ships Service.

“This cross industry standard will make the handling of invoices much more efficient for both our customers and ourselves.”{/mprestriction}
