JRC Europe introduces SMART Service

JRC Europe has introduced SMART Service, an international network of JRC/Alphatron Marine companies offering customers Service, Maintenance, Assistance, Retrofit and Technical solutions.

{mprestriction ids="1,2"} JRC operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Depending on the complexity of the required service, vessel's location and technicians’ availability, JRC chooses the best service solution available. The goal is to maximise FTFR (First Time Fix Rate) against lowest cost for the customer and to satisfy the customer’s service needs with a one-stop-shopping concept for JRC/Alphatron Marine products.

The SMART network consists of JRC offices, manufacturer trained to the highest level. Information is shared through a centralised database. Technical details and service proposals are transferred to the local engineers of a JRC office or to the company’s worldwide distributors whose technicians are also JRC trained & certified.

  • 100+ JRC certified service partners
  • 750+ JRC certified engineers
  • 12+ Class Society approvals within our service network
  • 2000+ JRC/Alphatron Marine spare parts available from stock 24/7
