Kale’s e-DO platform has the capability to issue master and house delivery order for multiple shipping lines. It can also facilitate re-validation of soon to expire delivery order by auto-calculating the charges to be paid.

No upfront investment is required to begin using this service. e-DO services are specifically built to ensure digital security compliance and are secured from phishing attacks and online payments are done through safe payment gateways.

Vineet Malhotra, director of Kale Logistics Solutions, said: “We stand by the industry during these tough times and would like to offer these business continuity services to the shipping lines and freight forwarders. At times like these, there is limited cashflow in the market as well as a demand slump. Therefore, we are offering a completely cloud hosted, outcome-based service model with zero upfront investment. These cloud-enabled services reduce the risk of COVID-19 spread with paper touchpoints. We are experiencing tremendous demand for e-DO services which are so pertinent in these pandemic times.” {/mprestriction}
